On a Saturday night defined to a degree by eye-popping numbers, North Carolina forward James Michael McAdoo quickly arrived at a point where he had seen enough. That came during a timeout with less than 8½ minutes elapsed in what became a 78-55 cakewalk for the 20th-ranked Tar Heels against East Tennessee State at the Smith Center.
