Headed back to Sunshine State, Butch Davis finds tough foe

Butch Davis is hoping to build a new foundation for North Carolina’s football team. When he was coach at Miami, he had a nice vantage point to witness some of the program construction at South Florida. The teams meet this afternoon at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. South Florida has emerged with a No. 23 national ranking, and the Bulls are trying to become another power program in the Sunshine State.
