Heels need a road to recovery against USF
Posted Sep 22, 2007
The UNC football team took a flight to Tampa, Fla., for its game today against South Florida. Perhaps the Tar Heels would have been better off on a bus. "When we've been on a plane," senior kicker Connor Barth said, "I don't know that we've won." They haven't. Entering today's game (noon, ESPN) at Raymond James Stadium against the No. 23 Bulls, UNC has lost 17 consecutive games outside the state of North Carolina.
