Kent Emanuel Named Baseball Preseason All-America

Junior left-handed pitcher Kent Emanuel was named to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Preseason All-America Second Team this week. Emanuel posted an 8-4 record witih a 1.96 ERA a year ago as Carolina's Friday night starter. The Woodstock, Ga., native made 17 appearances, including 16 starts en route to 110 innings of work.
