Leslie McDonald turns tough workouts into easy buckets

Whether it was before practice or after a workout session, UNC shooting guard Leslie McDonald raced around the floor of the Smith Center. He'd sprint from free-throw line to free-throw line or from sideline to sideline, only pausing to fire off a series of scrutinized jump shots. He knew that if he was going to be the player he should be, he'd have to find a way to perform when his body didn't want to.
