UNC running back situation in good hands even without Bernard

As much as coach Larry Fedora’s team is going to miss Bernard and his game-breaking big-play ability, UNC is better-equipped than most to withstand the loss. In junior A.J. Blue and redshirt freshman Romar Morris, the Tar Heels have a duo of replacements that combined to gain 829 yards and rush for better than 5.4 yards per carry while scoring 11 touchdowns as Bernard’s backups.
