Rapid Reaction: UNC 93, ECU 87

Although East Carolina made it interesting early in the second half – cutting an 18-point deficit to as little as four points in the final minute -- No. 21 UNC led the Pirates from the first bucket to the final horn, and held on to prevail 93-87 at the Smith Center. It marked ECU coach ’s second return to his old college arena as a head coach, and the Pirates’ first game in Chapel Hill. (ESPN.com)
