Top-Ranked UNC Field Hockey Earns Fourth Consecutive Shutout

Freshman Katelyn Falgowski scored the first two goals of her career and added two assists Thursday as the top-ranked North Carolina field hockey team beat visiting Appalachian State on a rainy evening at Francis E. Henry Stadium. The win was the fourth consecutive shutout for UNC (9-0) and marked the second game in a row in which the Tar Heels have not given up a shot.
