Butch Davis says his Heels need to be more efficient

is taking a hard look at his 1-2 UNC football team this week. Davis wants to take a more efficient team to Tampa on Saturday to face unbeaten and 23rd-ranked South Florida before the Tar Heels return to ACC play on Sept. 29. Davis has a growing list of concerns: the running game, turnovers, defensive play, and a time of possession total that has been dominated by the last two opponents, East Carolina and Virginia.
