Tyler Zeller learning through on-the-job training

Tyler Zeller will continue to start for the Cleveland Cavaliers and be forced to work through his deficiencies rather than learn by observing. Among the issues the North Carolina product has been experiencing of late is how to slow down centers who have equal size, and how to stop the turnovers that have continued to accumulate (3.25 average over the past four games).
