Roy Williams "cautiously optimistic" on Reggie Bullock

UNC head coach Roy Williams indicated that he's 'cautiously optimistic' that junior wing Reggie Bullock will play against the Cavaliers. Williams added that Bullock worked through half of UNC's Friday morning practice session, and barring any setbacks, he will likely return to the UNC starting lineup for Sunday's 8:00 pm tipoff in Charlottesville.
