Matt Ryan, T.J. Yates top list again

For the second time in three weeks, Boston College's Matt Ryan and North Carolina's T.J. Yates headlined the Atlantic Coast Conference's weekly football honors list Monday. Yates was named rookie of the week after his performance in a 22-20 loss to Virginia. The redshirt freshman quarterback completed 25 of 38 passes for 339 yards and three touchdowns.
