NCAA adopts host of rulebook changes

The NCAA Board of Directors took a big step in slimming down its massive rulebook by stripping away thousands of secondary violations and emphasizing enforceable restrictions. The NCAA’s Rules Working Group has gathered for a forum in Grapevine, Texas outside of Dallas to discuss ways of streamlining the rulebook and making common sense a bigger part of decision-making.
