Joel Berry is a "perfect fit" for UNC's offense
Posted Jan 22, 2013
Joel Berry, a 6-foot standout from Lakeland Highland (Fla.) Prep, is the first member of the 2014 class to commit to UNC. According to ESPN's Davel Telep, "Joel Berry is a combination of scoring, leadership and speed. With the ability to get into the lane, he is projected as a perfect fit for North Carolina's up-tempo, transition offense. He'll allow Roy Williams to play at the speed he wishes alongside lefty point guard Marcus Paige."
