Marquez North commits to Tennessee

One of the top remaining targets for North Carolina's 2013 football recruiting class will not be signing with the Tar Heels next week. Marquez North, a 4-star wide receiver from Charlotte, NC (Mallard Creek HS), announced via Twitter Wednesday night that he will be signing with the Tennessee Volunteers next Wednesday:
@Numero8_thebest: "I will be going to Tennesse in the fall"
North was scheduled to host UNC coach Larry Fedora on an in-home visit Thursday, but apparently North had already made up his mind that he was going to Tennessee and didn't feel the need to hear Fedora's final pitch.
