Freshman point guard Marcus Paige scored a season-high 19 points, handed out five assists and tied his season-high with five rebounds. Sophomore forward James Michael McAdoo led all scorers on both teams with 22 points and grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds. It was his third consecutive double-double, fourth in the last five games and eighth of the season.
