As college football starts go, the Big Four -- checking in with a 1-7 record -- looks like a flat tire on I-40. Only North Carolina has a win and it's over James Madison. Heck, Carl Torbush could have beaten the I-AA Dukes. Now, what do the Cleveland Browns and N.C. State have in common? Yes, you can say quarterback problems.
