Roy Williams offers Rashad Vaughn

Rashad Vaughn, a 5-star shooting guard from Minneapolis, Minnesota, has received a scholarship offer from North Carolina head coach Roy Williams, according to Inside Carolina and FOXSports recruiting analyst Evan Daniels via Twitter.
Williams traveled to Minnesota Friday night to watch Vaughn play and offered the scholarship while on the visit. Vaughn becomes the second shooting guard in UNC's 2014 basketball recruiting class to receive an offer, joining Greensboro native Theo Pinson.
