Harry Giles, Theo Pinson Lead Wesleyan to State Title


The top-seeded Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans capped off an outstanding season by beating third-seeded Greensboro Day 59-49 on Saturday night to win the NCISAA 3A state championship — their first since they were a 1A school in 1993. led a strong second-half effort by Wesleyan (23-5), scoring 14 of his team-high 18 points in the final 16 minutes.
