The massive snowstorm forecasted to plague North Carolina’s trip to Maryland never materialized on Wednesday. Neither did the sizeable matchup problems that the Terrapins’ frontcourt was expected to present. UNC’s defensive plan was simple. Jam down when the Terrapins threw the ball inside, force ball movement around the perimeter and wait for the home team to make mistakes. (Inside Carolina)
