UNC Women Open ACC Tournament Friday


The North Carolina women's basketball team opens the 36th ACC Friday night at 8 p.m. against Boston College at the Greensboro Coliseum. Carolina finished the regular season with a 26-5 record and tied for second in the league with a 14-4 mark. Boston College, the No. 11 seed, topped sixth-seeded Virginia, 66-57, Thursday night.
