Headed into North Carolina's matchup against Duke earlier this season, the Tar Heels were still recoiling from a brutal loss at Miami. But as UNC prepares to face the Blue Devils at 9 p.m. Saturday in the Dean E. Smith Center, the tides have turned. The Tar Heels are rolling after six conference wins in a row. And this time around, forward James Michael McAdoo said something is different.
