Familiar faces for UNC-ECU


Today's game will be a rare opportunity for to play against his former team as North Carolina visits East Carolina at 6 p.m. A handful of characters on each side has experience at both places. UNC defensive coordinator Chuck Pagano worked at ECU in 1989 and 1992-94.
