On a night where UNC did little wrong there were a couple minor setbacks, as midway through the second half P.J. Hairston banged his left shoulder and briefly got medical attention. He returned to the game shortly thereafter but subsequently cut his hand, getting a great deal of blood on the floor. Hairston's status for the remainder of the Tournament will likely be a game-time decision.
