No. 1 North Carolina scored 14 runs on 16 hits in a 14-2 win to even the series with No. 29 Miami (15-6, 2-3 ACC) Saturday night at Boshamer Stadium. The Tar Heels (17-1, 4-1 ACC) used an 11-run third inning in support of sophomore right-hander Benton Moss who matched a season high with nine strikeouts over seven scoreless innings of work.
