Brooks Foster hoping to fly under radar

Brooks Foster wants to be North Carolina’s secret weapon. Hakeem Nicks is North Carolina’s best-known receiver right now and a player that defenses want to stop. That’s fine with Foster, a junior receiver. Foster is content to take less coverage and catch more passes while trying to help the Tar Heels to their first winning season since 2001.
