Isaiah Hicks named NC Gatorade Player of the Year


J.F. Webb High School senior has been named the 2013 North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year in boys basketball. Hicks, a University of North Carolina signee, stands at 6-foot-8 and 210-pounds. He helped lead the Warriors to the 3-A state championship earlier this month. In the state championship game against Statesville, Hicks fouled out in overtime with 34 points, 30 rebounds and seven blocked shots. (High School OT)
