The bright spot of last week's performance by Carolina's offensive line was its pass protection. The line practiced picking up blitzes for 20-25 minutes a day throughout the week leading up to the season-opener, and that preparation showed. T.J. Yates was not sacked at all and was hurried just once. Carolina was one of just 15 teams in the country and one of just two ACC teams to not allow a single quarterback sack.
