Roy Williams prepares long list of thank yous

During his 34 years as a basketball coach, Roy Williams believes he has prepared exactly three speeches. Through all the countless camp functions and booster club meetings and season-ending banquets, Williams has typically carried nothing more than a 3x5 index card decorated with a few key talking points. The third prepared monologue will be delivered Friday night on center stage at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. (Fayetteville Observer)
