Shooting guard/backup point guard Dexter Strickland was the only scholarship senior, meaning North Carolina could return as many as four starters. The number could be as low as one depending on how seriously Hairston, fellow sophomore James Michael McAdoo and junior Reggie Bullock consider leaving school early for the NBA.
