Cody Stubbs Named ACC Baseball Player Of The Week


North Carolina senior first baseman has been named the ACC Baseball Player of the Week. Stubbs went 12-for-24 (.500) at the plate and drove in 12 runs in pacing the top-ranked Tar Heels to a 5-1 week, including an ACC series sweep of Maryland. Stubbs capped off UNC’s three-game series with Clemson by going 6-for-8 with a run and three RBIs. (GoHeels.com)
