10. North Carolina: Though UNC had no signature wins this past season, the Tar Heels improved over the course of the season, especially when they adopted a four-guard look. Marcus Paige will improve as a sophomore, P.J. Hairston and Reggie Bullock are proven wing scorers and if he's back, James Michael McAdoo still has All-American potential.
