North Carolina coach Butch Davis wants his team to forget their first game, even though the results were favorable. Saturday's 37-14 victory is now an afterthought. A contest at in-state rival East Carolina looms Saturday. Tar Heels players are allowed one day to laugh, smile, mope or cry over a win or loss – after that, the game exists only on film.
