Kyle Seager a big stick among toothpicks
Posted Apr 22, 2013
While the rest of his Mariners teammates struggle, Kyle Seager has been the lone bright spot during a dreary stretch of offensive ineptitude. In Sunday’s 11-3 loss to the Rangers, Seager went 3-for-4 with an RBI double, a solo homer and a walk. He has a 10-game hitting streak and he leads the American League in doubles with 10. With Sunday’s effort, he increased his batting average to .268 this season.
