9. North Carolina: Last year at this time, everyone was hyping power forward James Michael McAdoo as an All-America candidate. It turned out that the Tar Heels' best sophomore was not him but rather two-guard P.J. Hairston, who didn't become a regular starter until mid-February. Hairston's season-long numbers are decent, but if you isolate his 14 starts, he shows real star potential.
