UNC basketball great Al Wood part of the home team now


One guy really stood out at the GoDaddy.com Bowl's annual Celebrity Golf Tournament at Magnolia Grove on Monday. And not just because he stood 6-foot-6: He still carried the lanky build and smooth grace of a basketball player, and he was wearing a Carolina-blue golf shirt and matching Tar Heels cap. Didn't he realize this is football and SEC country? Turns out, is part of the team after all. (AL.com)
