Andrew Wiggins' Moment Arrives Tuesday

The nation's No. 1 prospect, Andrew Wiggins, appears finally ready to make his decision on a college, as Huntington (WV) Prep coach Rob Fulford confirmed to Tar Heel Illustrated Sunday evening that the five-star wing will sign on Tuesday. ?Wiggins will not allow media at his announcement. "Andrew will sign Tuesday around 12:15," Fulford told us. "He does not want to have a press conference signing. He wants it private to just his classmates, family, and friends."
