Butch Davis: UNC ‘Hungry’

Rebuilding jobs are nothing new for Butch Davis. His latest project – North Carolina’s football team – begins Saturday when the Tar Heels kick off the Butch Davis era with a sold-out game against James Madison in Chapel Hill. Of course, unlike with Dallas, Cleveland – or, actually, Miami – Davis won’t have NFL-caliber talent to work with off the bat. “They’re so hungry to win,” Davis said Wednesday. Hungry, yes. But they have little idea what college football tastes like. (Rock Town Weekly)
