A number of players have declared for the NBA draft. That group certainly influenced my look at the early top 40 teams for next season. 10. North Carolina - Analysis: The return of P.J. Hairston and James Michael McAdoo helps, plus bigger things are expected from Marcus Paige. They would have been in the top five if Reggie Bullock returned.
