Tar Heel Duo Named Golden Spikes Semifinalists Posted May 28, 2013 Juniors Kent Emanuel and Colin Moran were named as two of 30 semifinalists for the 2013 Golden Spikes Award presented by USA Baseball. Emanuel was named the ACC Pitcher of the Year last week after posting a 9-3 mark in the regular season.
