While North Carolina may not have looked like the No. 1 overall national seed in its 6-3 win over Canisius on Friday night, the Tar Heels still found a way to advance to the Chapel Hill Regional winners’ bracket. “We just grinded out a win,” UNC head coach Mike Fox told reporters during his postgame press conference. It’s not as though Canisius didn’t have its chances. (Inside Carolina)
