Richie Rich leads Heels’ depth chart

To hear Butch Davis tell it, Richie Rich is on top of the depth chart at running back for North Carolina because, well, somebody had to be. Just days before the Tar Heels open their season at Kenan Stadium against James Madison (6 p.m. Saturday), the running back situation remains unclear. Davis plans to use the game to continue the competition among Rich, a sophomore; and freshmen Johnny White and Anthony Elzy.
