Danny Green certainly didn't see it at the time, but his surprising dismissal from the Cleveland Cavaliers fueled the drive that has propelled him into the Spurs' starting backcourt alongside Tony Parker. "Definitely,'' Green said. "Everything happens for a reason. I think that experience, that situation, helped me become who I am today."
