Florida Safety Reggan Northrup Lists UNC in Top-Two

According to Reggan Northrup, "Right now, the top two would probably be Rutgers and North Carolina." Northrup broke down some of the factors in solidifying the Scarlet Knights and Tar Heels as his two favorite collegiate football programs at the moment. UNC: "I just like the fact that when I went over there and visited, they made me feel like I was really at home. I know a couple of players there. I really like the city.
