Andrew Carignan's rehab following Tommy John surgery continues

Finally, Andrew Carignan can see the light at the end of a long tunnel. The Oakland Athletics relief pitcher and 2004 Norwich Free Academy graduate is approaching the one-year anniversary of Tommy John surgery, which he was told would keep him off the mound for 12 to 18 months.
