U.S. U16s Beat Mexico By 99 Points

The U.S. U16 team opened with a near-100-point rout in the FIBA Americas U16 Championship on Tuesday. The Americans crushed Mexico, 130-31, in their first game behind Diamond Stone’s 20 points, Malik Newman’s 19 and 14 apiece from Harry Giles and Ivan Rabb Jr. Rabb Jr. added 12 rebounds and Giles had 10. The U.S. will play Argentina Wednesday night.
