Butch Davis understands he is only one piece of the puzzle. His name is now on the North Carolina football program, but with a wealth of talent yet to reach its potential, Davis knows the success of his reign as king will be attributed directly to his players, most of whom have bared the brunt of the school's back-to-back losing seasons.
