Harry Giles will be sidelined for the remainder of the FIBA Americas U16 Championship because of a sprained left knee. Giles was injured during the first quarter of the U.S. U16 national team's 96-72 win over Argentina on Wednesday in Uruguay. Giles, a 6-foot-9, 210-pound power forward, drove to the basket in the first quarter, got caught between two Argentine defenders and suffered a left knee sprain, according to a news release from USA Basketball. Giles will be re-evaluated when he returns to the United States.
