Tuesday's LSU Starter to be Well-Rested
Posted Jun 17, 2013
Cody Glenn has never gone so long without pitching a game in his career. But he will get the ball when LSU (57-10) faces No. 1 seed North Carolina (57-11) in an elimination game at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the College World Series. Glenn (7-2, 2.41 ERA), a sophomore left-hander, has not pitched since May 22 in the SEC Tournament when he beat Alabama 3-0 with seven innings of five-hit ball.
