Career-Ending Injuries for Ben Lemming, Wyatt Hicks

UNC football players Ben Lemming and Wyatt Hicks have applied for a medical hardship due to career-ending injuries, head coach Butch Davis announced Friday. Both players will remain on scholarship, but they will no longer play football. Lemming continued to have problems with his right shoulder in the first week of fall training camp. Hicks had persistent knee problems during his career at Carolina.
